摘要: PURPOSE Teaching interprofessional (IP) teamwork skills is a goal of education. The purpose this study was to examine the relationship between IP skills, attitudes and clinical outcomes in simulated setting. METHODS One hundred-twenty health professions students (medicine, pharmacy, physician assistant) worked teams manage "patient" care simulation Students completed Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS) attitudinal survey instrument. Students' responses were averaged by team create an IEPS score. Teamwork for each rated trained observers using checklist calculate score (TWS). Clinical outcome scores (COS) determined summation tasks performed based on expert developed checklist. Regression analyses conducted determine TWS with COS. RESULTS not significant predictor COS (p=0.054), but (p<0.001) Results suggest that setting, students' are predictors positive outcomes.
