摘要: The recent discovery that cell-free DNA can be shed into the bloodstream as a result of tumour cell death has generated great interest. Numerous studies have demonstrated tumour-specific alterations in recovered from plasma or serum patients with various malignancies, finding potential for molecular diagnosis and prognosis. implication is tumour-derived nucleic acids human viral origin retrieved blood by minimally invasive procedure, used surrogate marker to monitor course disease aid early diagnosis. present review will describe main areas ongoing investigation, particular emphasis on technical issues available data clinical relevance.
