摘要: Deletions of DNA sequences on chromosome 3p [loss heterozygosity (LOH)] are characteristic clear cell renal carcinoma, which accounts for about 80% all malignancies. Comparing tumor to from normal cells, LOH analysis microsatellite has aided in molecular diagnosis carcinoma. Because clinically useful markers do not exist this cancer entity, the aim present study was detect alterations (LOH and instability) plasma patients with Four microsatellites (D3S1307, D3S1560, D3S1289, D3S1300) were amplified by fluorescent PCR using isolated blood cells 40 patients. Corresponding available 21 Analyzing products an automated sequencer, we found at least one locus 25 samples (63%), 14 (35%) exhibited more than locus. Microsatellite instability detectable patient (3%). No significant association advanced (>T2N0M0) stages could be demonstrated. If present, modifications identical. healthy controls. Analysis carcinoma reveals tumor-specific may therefore have diagnostic potential as a marker.
