摘要: The bacterial pathogen Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) colonizes in over half of the world’s population. H. that establishes life-long infection stomach is definitely associated with gastro-duodenal diseases and a wide variety non-gastrointestinal tract conditions such as immune thrombocytopenia. Triple therapy which consists proton pump inhibitor combinations two antibiotics (amoxicillin, clarithromycin or amoxicillin, metronidazol) commonly used for eradication. Recently, occurrence drug-resistant adverse effect have severely weakened eradication therapy. Generally induce disturbance human gastrointestinal microflora. Furthermore, there are inappropriate cases triple allergy to antibiotics, severe complications (liver and/or kidney dysfunction), aged people who reject These prompt us seek alterative agents instead develop more effective safe these agents. combination actually may result lower dose antibiotics. There many reports world-wide non-antibiotic substances from natural products potentially an anti-H. agent. We briefly review constituents derived nature fight against literature our studies.
