摘要: Abstract The objectives of the present study were to evaluate ecological status tropical coastal waters using temperate benthic indices and examine effect seasonal variability on performance indices. Macrobenthic samples collected from northwest southeast coast India during 2003–2012 we tested different univariate indices, strategies, indicator species multimetric AMBI performed satisfactorily in evaluating status. Seasonal biotic was observed southwest monsoon fall intermonsoon period due recruitment.
