摘要: Grapevines grown on sandy soils are subjected to the application of supplemental nitrogen (N); however, there is little information available regarding impact these applications yield, plant nutritional state and must composition. The aim this study was evaluate composition grapevines N fertilization. Cabernet Sauvignon were annual 0, 10, 15, 20, 40, 80 120 kg ha -1 in 2008, 2009 2010. During 2008/09, 2009/10 2010/11 harvest seasons, leaves collected during full flowering when berries changed color, total content analyzed. grape yield enological characteristics evaluated. response applied low, highest obtained an 20 year . increased nutrient leaf at flowering, but it had effect must, did not affect such as soluble solids, pH, acidity, malic acid tartaric acid.
