摘要: One of the major challenges in cancer research is identification stable biomarkers that could be routinely measured easily accessible samples. Human blood and other body fluids represent rich sources for novel biomarkers. It apparent availability these would improve an early detection asymptomatic disease clinical management cancer. MicroRNAs have been described to present various types including cell-free serum plasma. These days, involvement microRNAs molecular pathology well established. Moreover, it seems molecules optimal noninvasive owing their high stability under storage handling conditions sensitivity specificity diseases. To date, more than 100 circulating with potential serve as diagnostic, prognostic, or predictive different cancers identified, this number still increasing. However, there are discrepancies findings by groups, few commonly altered reported studies. Further studies on large cohorts using uniform methodology warranted establish applicability solid tumors. Here, we summarize tumor-specific profiles blood-borne discuss utility personalized medicine
