摘要: The behaviour of locomotor T and B lymphocytes the chemoattractants to which they respond in vitro are reviewed. Following activation, cells by locomotion chemotaxis cytokine attractants including IL-15 IL-2 several chemokines. In activated may be signalled through antigen receptor. Conversely resting poorly above signals though their is contact with high endothelial venular cells. These differences between lymphocytes, together adhesion, explain why migrate preferentially into inflammatory sites while recirculate.
