摘要: Optical waveguide films of barium sodium niobate (BSN) grown on potassium titanyl phosphate (KTP) substrate by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) with a lattice geometry BSN(110)//KTP(001) were studied. A small mismatch 2.9% under such was obtained, and excellent parallelism is established between the as‐grown BSN(110) film KTP(001) substrate. Effective refractive index effective thickness BSN caused Goos–Hanchen shifts are examined. phase matching relation k(1)–2k(0)=0 obtained from dispersion curves versus incident wavelength for various orders guided wave modes (m=0, 1, 2, 3, 4). The measured constituent ratio 2.0:0.82:5.14 Ba:Na:Nb in deviates slightly stoichiometric 2:1:5, which due to longer flight time comparatively higher evaporation pressure sodium.
