摘要: This study was designed to combine the mucoadhesive property of Noveon 1 and thermosensitive Pluronic F-127 into one gel system. A rheological aqueous sols (10– 35%), gels (0.5–2%) mixed containing (10–17.5%) polycarbophil (0.5–2.5%) conducted at different temperatures (15–35 C). The viscosity increased with an increase in temperature had thermoreversible property. higher than that only because total polymer concentration. No interaction found between – –COOH groups molecules studied concentrations polymers; un-neutralized lower neutralized gels. effect on investigated. properties were compared by a force detachment test. It showed approximately same strength. However, there significant differences adhesive almost as gel. did not affect power bioadhesive In spite increasing gel, percentage released model material (mannitol) temperature. is based previously reported observation squeezed mannitol out chains. release obeyed zero-order kinetics flux values 15 35 C very similar. chains among probably hindered diffusion thus controlled Noveon. combination like appears promising from pharmaceutical viewpoint. These systems may find use development bioadhesive, formulations.
