摘要: The risk of lung and urinary bladder cancers was reported to be increased in individuals who carried high genotypes either cytochrome P450 (CYP)1A1, CYP2E1 or glutathione S-transferase (GST)M1, the combined genotype both CYP1A1 GSTM1 enzymes have an enhanced tendency cancer more significantly. On other hand, gene-environmental interactions considered precisely, are indicated pronounced at lower levels cigarette exposure which susceptibility case with some mutated alleles. In each category, however, there several confused controversial results. These early predictions genetic disposition for incidence such severe disease as may prompt them receive examination diagnosis expect a complete cure from diseases their life.
