摘要: Abstract The effect of the concentration a solution introduced into column solvent, capacity factor (k′) and other parameters on yield preparative liquid chromatography has been studied for selected model mixtures. It established that under conditions mass overload optimum k′ values most strongly retained components should range from ca. 3 to 14. In case low solubility separated substances in mobile phase, it could be advantageous dissolve these solvent higher elution strength than phase. employed then ensure an high mixture. Deleterious effects associated with this method are presented. They can minimized by increasing phase flow-rate. A elucidation experimental observations is proposed.
