The effects of serine protease inhibitors on morphological differentiation of murine neuroblastoma cells (NB15).

摘要: Morphological differentiation of neuroblastoma cells (NB15) was induced by cAMP effectors in the presence and absence serine protease inhibitors. In all conditions tested, percent inhibited inhibitors antipain, diisopropylfluorophosphate (DFP), leupeptin, soybean trypsin inhibitor (SBTI). The level morphological obtained medium containing fetal calf serum significantly less than with serum-free alone, so principal method induction comparisons were made to control uninduced cultures or phospho-diesterase R020–1724. Secreted cell surface caseinolytic activity higher differentiating effects on growth are discussed.
