摘要: This study documents the types and incidence of antisperm antibody, detectable by indirect immunofluorescence, in 114 patients before vasectomy, 112 at 2 months 71 6-9 after vasectomy. Indirect immunofluorescence techniques revealed antibodies to seven distinct sperm antigens. Five these antigens were readily accessible antibody vitro, remaining two only treatment spermatozoa with dithiothreitol trypsin. Antisperm detected 61% The rose 77% 90% These distinguishable into groups based on their first group included acrosome a diffuse distribution, equatorial region, postacrosomal region midpiece tail. Its was vasectomy; increased 73% 80% second nucleus, tail discrete over acrosome. They found rarely (3%) 25% 55% both existed as IgG IgM classes; an exception being nucleus which almost exclusively IgG. Of antibodies, 14% fix complement vitro. Other autoantibodies, including antinuclear, antimitochondrial antismooth muscle did not develop following
