摘要: Vigorous exercise causes a marked increase in cardiac output with only minimal measureable pulmonary vascular pressures. These changes hemodynamics should affect lung water and solute movement. On nine occasions, we measured the effect of normoxic on lymph flow four sheep two goats chronic fistulas (wt = 15-25 kg). In addition, was also five occasions during at reduced barometric pressures (430 380 mmHg). During normobaria, animals ran 3-5 km/h 0-10% elevation treadmill for 15 to 85 min. Exercise average caused 100% output, 140% flow, slight but significant reduction plasma concentration ratio (l/p) total protein albumin (mol wt 70,000). There linear correlation between (r 0.87, P less than 0.01). no change l/p IgG 150,000) or IgM 900,000) mean arterial (Ppa) left atrial (Pla) Transition from normobaria hypobaria an Ppa Pla, flow. increases that were qualitatively similar observed normobaric exercise: there 60% 90% 11% protein. albumin, IgG, IgM, further Ppa. The increased hypobaric is best explained by surface area fluid exchange. Our results suggest normal ovine has potential nearly triple amount perfused microvascular area. This speculation relevant interpretation data other experiments.
