摘要: Wilms tumor is the most common malignant renal in children. However, to date no mouse model available due lack of cell lines. Herein for first time we report an orthotopic xenograft utilizing recently described line WiT49. It has a high occurrence rate (85%) without metastasis. Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed it subcapsular location mainly biphasic with stromal epithelial components while blastemal component unappreciable. This provides prerequisite screening development new anti-tumor agents tumor.
