摘要: Abstract Objective Lack of appropriate approaches that reliably predict response Wilms' tumor (WT) to anticancer agents remains a major deficiency in clinical practice individualized cancer therapy. The aim this study was establish patient-derived tissue (PDTT) xenograft model WT for chemotherapeutic regimen selection accordance with the patient's nature. Material and methods Tumor specimens primary were orthotopically implanted into three nude mice, after 4 weeks xenografts harvested serial heterotopic transplantation 20 mice divided experimental groups one control group. In vitro in vivo chemosensitivity doxorubicin, actinomycin-D, vincristine evaluated. Hematoxylin eosin (H&E) staining immunohistochemical examination desmin, vimentin, myogenin, neuron-specific enolase (NSE) also applied determine histological stability during compared original tissue. Results successfully established. Histopathologic characteristics tumors similar tumor. Early passage PDTT showed pattern Conclusions provides an therapeutic by means its biological
