摘要: Purpose: To describe the results of autologous limbal transplantation in treatment unilateral chemical burns. Patients and methods: Two patients, a 40-year-old male (case 1) 35-year-old 2), experienced grade III trauma were treated with grafting after postaccident period 3 9 months, respectively. Change visual acuity, epithelial healing time postsurgical topography patterns documented. Results: Snellen acuity improved from 0.1 to 1.0 both cases. Epithelial for cases 1 2 4 weeks, Corneal case showed an induced inferior steepness type asymmetrical astigmatism graft area. Serial no donor eyes. Conclusion: Autologous is adequate selected burns facilitates rapid improvement function. Early resulted re-epithelialization prevention complications.
