摘要: Growing competition and increasing market dynamics force manufacturing companies to increase flexibility in their systems. Thus, new approaches, which exceed the limitations of traditional systems, are needed. This also requires rethinking simulation modeling behind those However, software tools used industry, referred as industrial grade tools, actually models not sufficient for this purpose. Therefore, paper aims at building up an agentbased model a flexible system tool. For that aim, general three-step approach implementing agent-based logic into discrete-event tool is presented. An exemplary application based on matrix-structured provides by its structure individual acting entities scalable without fixed cycle time. The example modeled within Tecnomatix Plant Simulation compared reference model, recreating same results with small deviations.
