摘要: Abstract Mice of different inbred strains were treated with ethanol for 3 days, by inhalation alcohol vapor and daily injections pyrazole. Within strains, “alcohol-adapted” mice compared controls. The alcohol-adapted received 3.8% (w/v) in their drinking water one week 7.5% the next 16 or 19 weeks. During period, C57BL had lower blood levels than DBA mice, slightly On withdrawal examined repeatedly convulsions elicited handling, a measure intensity reactions. scores significantly those DBA, BALB Swiss-Webster more so could be accounted difference levels. reserpine observed behavioral effects, including on handling.
