摘要: 1. The influence of some intracerebroventricularly administered sympathomimetic amines on leptazol-induced convulsions has been investigated.2. Noradnamine and high doses dopamine proved to be anticonvulsant also antagonized the facilitative effects reserpine.3. Noradrenaline octopamine reserpine-induced facilitation but were without effect leptazol alone; by contrast tyramine small lowered threshold for convulsions.4. A possible interpretation these results is presented.
