摘要: Abstract Based on a review of scholarly, regulatory and policy literatures, this article illustrates how ‘safety culture’ ‘security are conventionally understood within the context high-risk organizations. It identifies two important recurring gaps in literature: (1) subordination analysis security culture to safety concepts, (2) anthropocentricity inscribed both notions, which sideline dynamic interplay between social technical elements constitution ‘culture’. To address these gaps, introduces concepts heuristics from Science Technology Studies, specifically co-production Actor-Network Theory.
