摘要: The relationship between calcium binding and ATPase activity has been investigated for guinea pig cardiac sarcolemma. concentrations of ions ATP were the main factors in determining amount bound. With a saturating concentration ATP, at low (0.1 mM) more than 50% total bound was dependent while high (10 mM) only 20% dependent. ATP-dependent process involves one class sites non-ATP-dependent two classes sites.Inhibitor studies Ca2+-stimulated MgATPase, CaATPase activities suggest Ca2+ Mg2+ are either interacting with different on same enzyme or enzymes.
