摘要: The present investigation of the cellular distribution lanthanum was undertaken in order to control validity "Lanthanum method" used for study cell calcium compartments. presence evaluated isolated guinea-pig heart and its subcellular fractions perfused with a lanthanum-containing Tyrode solution. Lanthanum determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis. Under adopted experimental conditions (30-min incubation 12.5 microM lanthanum), is carried across membrane taken up organelles. These results confirm limited investigations based on method".
