摘要: Abstract Cardiac sarcolemma and sarcoplasmic reticulum membrane preparations from rat ven tricle muscle were isolated purified by a differential centrifugation procedure, based on the Harigaya Schwartz Suko Hasselbach procedures. The fraction is enriched in ouabain-sensitive (Na + -K ) ATPase, hormone-sensitive adenylate cyclase, specific dihydroalprenolol binding. NADPH-cytochrome c reductase, while cyclase binding negligible. Further characterization sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis revealed significant differences protein profiles between two preparations. Electron microscopic analysis of presence sealed vesicles. By means freeze-fracturing electron microscopy orientation vesicles both was determined.
