摘要: Objective: We assessed the spectrum and severity of bipolar symptoms that differentiated disorder (BD) clinical states, employing Bipolar Inventory Symptoms Scale (BISS) which provides a broader item range traditional depression mania rating scales. addressed differentiating mixed states from or mania/hypomania. Method: One hundred sixteen subjects who met DSM-IV-TR criteria for BD were currently in depressed, manic/hypomanic, episode, recovered state interviewed using BISS. Results: A subset manic items differed between episodes mania/hypomania depression. Most anxiety more severe subjects. BISS Depression Manic subscales status. The majority mood predicted direction. Mixed had overall greater than manic/hypomanic depressed episodes. Conclusion: These results indicate small symptoms, several are absent scales studies, aid distinguishing depressive episodes. also support utility comprehensive symptom scale primary BD.
