摘要: AbstractAndrogens may control rat testicular descent via effects on the genitofemoral nerve or cranial gonadal ligaments. Androgen-mediated release of calcitonin gene-related peptide from (whose motoneuron cell bodies reside in sexually dimorphic cremaster nucleus) stimulate sac formation and descent. Alternatively, androgens cause regression ligaments thereby allow testes to descend. To evaluate these theories position, nucleus were studied Tfm (androgen insensitive) rats. Testes abdominal, inguinal scrotal 20%, 67% 13% male rats, respectively, present all cases.
