摘要: The objective of the study was to demonstrate mRNA expression estrogen receptor α (ERα), ERβ, and progesterone (PR) by block reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) real-time RT-PCR (LightCycler) in bovine ovarian follicles corpus luteum during estrous cycle pregnancy. ERα ERβ theca interna tissue (TI) (lower pg/µg RNA) increased continuously significantly final growth follicles, with much higher levels for ERα. granulosa cells (GC) (fg/µg follicle but without any significant change. PR fg/µg maximum level preovulatory a change only TI. highest detected (CL) early luteal phase, following decrease mid, late, regression phases.
