摘要: The objective of the study was to demonstrate mRNA expression estrogen receptor α (ERα), ERβ, and progesterone (PR) by block reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) real-time RT-PCR (LightCycler) in bovine ovarian follicles corpus luteum during estrous cycle pregnancy. ERα ERβ theca interna tissue (TI) (lower pg/µg RNA) increased continuously significantly final growth follicles, with much higher levels for ERα. granulosa cells (GC) (fg/µg follicle but without any significant change. PR fg/µg maximum level preovulatory a change only TI. highest detected (CL) early luteal phase, following decrease mid, late, regression phases. In contrast, is relatively high stage, decreased late mid again phase after CL regression. During pregnancy (>3 mo), low (<25 no changes were measured. No (levels <13 found. results suggest an autocrine/paracrine role steroid receptors regulation formation function.
