摘要: Background Previous researches have indicated that glioma invasion may occur within a tumor-host microecology, and fibronectin be involved in as an important component of the extracellular matrix. However, how interaction between tumor cells vascular endothelial affects is poorly understood. The aim this study was to investigate effects on invasion, relationship fibronectin. Methods localization different brain astrocytoma tissues determined by immunohistochemistry. Then, were co-cultured Transwell co-culturing system. Fibronectin expression detected reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction, immunocytochemistry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Additionally, influence cell vitro rapid test. Results In tissues, present cells, greater higher grade tumors than lower tumors. induced release from which turn stimulated migration. This effect inhibited blocking antibody. Conclusion Glioma induce epithelial express fibronectin, could promote invasion.
