摘要: Background. Previous studies have shown that the maze operation can restore sinus rhythm and atrial transport function in patients with chronic fibrillation. The purpose of this study was to test feasibility application radiofrequency cryoablation as an alternative classic operation. Methods. Twelve undergoing mitral valve procedures were included study. Radiofrequency applied create lesions both atria simulate Results. There two surgical deaths. At mean follow-up 10.25 months for remaining 10 patients; 6 rhythm, 2 1 paroxysmal tachycardia, Doppler echocardiography at 6-month showed emergence biatrial 3 right contractility 8. 12-month 5 patients, 4. Conclusions. Our modified procedure during valvular is effective achieving acceptable success rate
