摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that play critical roles in diverse biological processes via regulation of gene expression including skeletal muscles. In the current study, miRNA profile was investigated longissimus muscle biopsies malignant hyperthermia syndrome-negative Duroc and Pietrain pigs with distinct metabolic properties order to explore regulatory role miRNAs related mitochondrial respiratory activity enzyme muscle. A comparative analysis between performed, followed by integration mRNA profiles based on their pairwise correlation computational target prediction. The identified genes were enriched protein ubiquitination pathway, stem cell pluripotency geranylgeranyl diphosphate biosynthesis, as well muscular system development. Next, we analyzed individual phenotypical traits fiber type, activity, adenosine phosphate concentrations, constructed miRNA-mRNA networks associated energy metabolism. It is noteworthy miR-25 targeting BMPR2 IRS1, miR-363 USP24, miR-28 HECW2 miR-210 ATP5I, ME3, MTCH1 CPT2 highly slow-twitch oxidative fibers, fast-twitch ADP ATP concentration suggesting an essential networking modulating expenditure porcine network, a tight relationship ubiquitin proteasome at level observed. revealed link these two systems contributing metabolism under physiological conditions. We assembled divergent different pig breeds further expressed phenotypic measurements. These complex relate production may contribute phenotypes fine-tuning genes. Altogether, results provide insight into metabolisms have implication meat quality production.
