摘要: A rapid procedure for the identification of cultured Mycobacterium isolates, based on combination enzymatic amplification and restriction analysis, is described. The 16S rRNA genes (rDNA) 99 strains belonging to 18 different species genus were enzymatically amplified. Amplified rDNA analysis with enzymes CfoI, MboI, RsaI was carried out. amplified patterns obtained after CfoI MboI enabled differentiation between asiaticum (number = 4), M. avium (n 22), chelonae 5), flavescens 1), fortuitum 6), gordonae intracellulare 13), marinum 7), nonchromogenicum simiae terrae tuberculosis complex 11), 2 4 xenopi. Further necessary differentiate kansasii scrofulaceum other xenopi strains. avium-M. characterized by a specific pattern, could further be differentiated CfoI. whole procedure, including sample preparation prior polymerase chain reaction, can out within 8 h, starting from pure culture.
