摘要: Despite the advances made in cancer management over past few decades, improvements diagnosis and prognosis are still poor, highlighting need for individualized strategies. Toward this goal, risk prediction models molecular diagnostic tools have been developed, tailoring each step of assessment from to treatment clinical outcomes based on individual's clinical, epidemiological, profiles. These approaches hold increasing promise delivering a new paradigm maximize efficiency surveillance efficacy treatment. However, they require stringent study design, methodology development, comprehensive biomarkers factors, extensive validation ensure their overall usefulness translation. In current study, authors conducted systematic review using breast as an example provide general guidelines tools, including assessment, validation.
