摘要: We have defined a human breast tumor associated antigen using murine monoclonal antibody (MAb DF3) prepared against membrane-enriched fraction of carcinoma. This has MW 290 kD and is detectable on the cell surface carcinoma cells live radioimmunoassay fluorescence flow cytometry. More important, immunoperoxidase staining with MAb DF3 clearly distinguishes malignant benign lesions. A cytoplasmic pattern been observed 40 51 (78%) carcinomas, but only one 13 fibroadenoma or fibrocystic disease specimens. In contrast, reactivity lesions primarily occurs along apical borders ductules. These results demonstrate that present more differentiated secretory mammary epithelial in cytosol less cells.
