摘要: In the last decade many efforts have been made to produce monoclonal antibodies which react specifically with breast cancer, but not normal tissue. Most of selected appear mammary mucins — whether immunizations were done fresh cancer tissue or metastases, cell lines, crude purified extracts human milk fat globule(HMFG). These share characteristics, such as a preferential reaction tumours and weak tissue; almost all adenocarcinomas other origin, e.g. pancreas, colon lung; most high molecular weight mucins(Mr>200,000), although reactions lower components(e.g. 70,000) also found on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) analysis1–6.
