摘要: Tradescantia micronucleus assay (Trad MCN assay) and Vicia anatelophase chromosome aberration (Vicia were used to evaluate genotoxicity of extracts from soil samples. Soil samples six different sites in area Bratislava - capital the Slovak Republic have been taken. As a negative control Botanical garden medicinal plants, Faculty Pharmacy, Comenius University used. for Trad extracted with distilled water or 5% dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO). Similarly sample by was evaluated. Two found as most polluted. The results study indicate level pollution selected sites.
