摘要: Raman spectra have been investigated for CuInSe2 polycrystalline thin films prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis. The A1 mode peak at 174 cm-1, the dominant in with a chalcopyrite structure, and 182 cm-1 observed. is Cu-rich stoichiometric deposited high substrate temperature. On other hand, In-rich low By comparing results X-ray diffraction measurements, found to be characteristic of sphalerite structure.
