摘要: In previous studies, there has been evidence of different allelic associations with a particular disease among various ethnic groups. The present study was done to investigate the between HLA and autoimmune thyroid diseases in Korean. We found no association Graves’ HLA-B8 or -B35. However, increased frequencies HLA-A11 -DRw8, decreased HLA-A10 B12 were patients disease. cases Hashimoto’s disease, HLA-A2 -DRw8 be significantly frequency HLA-DRw6y decreased. These data indicate that Korean would appear from most other racial groups, including Caucasians, Japanese Chinese.
