摘要: The present study was to assess the effect of heavy metal stress on DNA methylation a metal-sensitive plant, Trifolium repens L. and metal-tolerant Cannabis sativa changes in level 5-methylcytosine (5mC) root plants grown soils contaminated with different concentrations Ni 2+ , Cd Cr 6+ compared that untreated plants, were determined by immunolabelling monoclonal antibody, using Slot-Blot technique. Results showed hemp control about three times more methylated than clover DNA, for same amount DNA. Heavy treatments induced global dose-dependent decrease 5mC content, both clover, ranging from 20 40%. Changes pattern 5'-CCGG-3' containing sequences investigated methylation-sensitive amplification polymorphism (MSAP) Control species very similar pattern, suggesting that, normal condition, involves precise sites. metals mainly related hypomethylation events. These variations not randomly directed but involved specific sequences, since detected polymorphisms all analysed each treatment.
