摘要: The 7-day white Peking duck embryo contains two hemoglobins (Hb's III and IV) which are electrophoretically distinct from the adult I II). Hemoglobin IV had disappeared in 14-day embryo, at time Hb's II evident. synthesis of Hb is not restricted to embryonic life but continues duckling ceases before 10th week development after hatching.
