摘要: A review of economic impact assessment (EcIA), social (SIA), and community participation practice in the rapidly growing coal industry Australia's Bowen Basin suggests significant shortcomings scope reporting with neither EcIA nor SIA giving adequate attention to measurement distribution negative impacts. This also demonstrates a tendency separate from conduct assessment, partly response perceived need engage relationship building impacted communities through entire life mining operations. However, this separation has implications for quality studies is suggestive an approach engagement that more focused on expectation image management than decision-making.
