摘要: Abstract Feed is one of the main costs in animal breeding and several studies have been carried out aimed at reducing these costs. An economically interesting alternative use agro-industrial residues final formulation feed. However, many properties that may hinder or make it unfeasible for this purpose, such as presence toxic antinutritional compounds inadequate levels essential amino acids. In context, solid-state fermentation (SSF) presents itself a promising culture medium making its feasible This chapter addresses removal protein enrichment through SSF. addition, utilization production enzymes by SSF are discussed; example, xylanases, cellulases, amylases, tannases, phytases. These can be used feed order to improve bioavailability certain nutrients.
