摘要: The surface of 1Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel irradiated by protons with an energy 5.7 MeV in iodine medium is studied Rutherford backscattering (RBS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Iodine bonded oxygen molecular I2 observed a thin 10-nm-thick layer. depth profiles are obtained using the RBS XPS spectra. possibility formation chemical compounds containing on allowance for proton-irradiation effect adsorption discussed.
