摘要: Abstract Physical inactivity leads to muscle atrophy and capillary regression in the skeletal muscle. Intermittent loading during hindlimb unloading attenuates atrophy, meanwhile is not suppressed. Nucleoprotein has antioxidant capacity may prevent regression. Therefore, we assessed combined effects of intermittent with nucleoprotein supplementation on induced by unloading. Five groups rats were assigned: control (CON), 7 days (HU), HU plus (HU + NP), (HU + IL), (HU + IL + NP). Seven days resulted decrease number‐to‐fiber number (C/F) ratio accompanied disuse‐associated changes fetal liver kinase‐1 (Flk‐1), a proangiogenesis factor, thrombospondin‐1 (TSP‐1), an antiangiogenesis soleus In addition, citrate synthase (CS) activity was decreased protein level superoxide dismutase (SOD)‐2 increased. Neither nor prevented C/F ratio, whereas Moreover, levels Flk‐1, TSP‐1, SOD‐2 CS maintained up levels. These results suggested that effective atrophy.
