摘要: The alternative use of flame photometry and ion selective electrodes for electrolyte determinations in neonatology led to the question how two methods agree. 104 routine blood samples were taken as matched pairs a comparison sodium potassium determinations. Pre-analytical error was avoided by mode collection. influence protein lipid content on differences between determined calculating its water making post-correction values. Thus could be reduced, whereas slightly increased. As long imprecision determination is meaningful methodological problem, neonatal not main factor ISE photometry.
