摘要: Group A rotaviruses are a leading cause of neonatal calf diarrhoea worldwide and prevention this disease includes vaccination against these viruses. In order to highlight the potential selection rotavirus genotypes due immune pressure driven by vaccination, aim study was compare group circulating in French diarrhoeic calves vaccinated herds (G6P[5] vaccine) with those non-vaccinated during one calving season 2010. This showed high prevalence both groups no significant difference between two. No differences regarding G, P G/P genotype distribution two were observed, G6, P[5] G6P[5] being far most prevalent. Moreover, sequence analyses VP7 VP4 partial coding genes strains from did not allow us distinguish them according their origin. also that other pathogens responsible for diarrhoea, such as genogroup III noroviruses neboviruses, more frequently associated herds. Altogether, results suggest studied vaccine promote emergence or variants different viruses caliciviruses.
