In these contexts, we study role mediator who tries achieve certain balance between efficiency agreement equality final sharing. show credibility comes from her willingness impose delays even if implies costs. also find how player with “weak” position can strategically profit mediator's quest equality. Finally, capacity induce higher sharing is always peacemaking situation than peacekeeping one.
