摘要: This paper reviews the mapping of calcium in mineralized tissues by absorption difference imaging using scanning x‐ray microscopy at L edge. In particular, embedded and sectioned is considered. Here, technique discussed detail accuracy evaluated with without corrections. The considered under two scenarios: use differences cross section pre‐ postionization energies, arising from near‐edge x‐ray‐absorption features.
