摘要: The aim of this investigation was to develop and optimize bisoprolol fumarate matrix tablets for sustained release application by response surface methodology based on 23 factorial design. effects the amounts calcium alginate, HPMC K4M, Carbopol 943 in properties like drug hardness were analyzed optimized. observed responses coincided well with predicted values experimental optimized showed prolonged over 6 hours. These followed first-order model anomalous (non-Fickian) diffusion mechanism.
