Monoclonal gammopathies in the adult population of Finistère, France.

摘要: Three hundred and thirty-four monoclonal gammopathies were detected in the sera of 30 279 adults from Finistere. Monoclonal (MG) are more common Finistere than Paris their distribution is not homogeneous. IgG paraproteins particularly northeast whereas IgM southwest. Family studies high degree inbreeding would support hypothesis that there a genetic predisposition to develop MG but occurrence among three non-consanguineous couples seems favour existence an environmental factor.
